1. HOW CAN I CONFIRM THAT MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. Within a maximum of 2 hours, a member of our staff will contact you personally to introduce themselves and explain how the entire experience will work.
If you don’t see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact customer support.
2. WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY MATCH TICKETS?
Match tickets are sent via email 1 to 2 days before the event in a digital format. Since a staff member will be with you throughout the experience, the tickets will also be available on their mobile phone in case of any issues.
All tickets are official and purchased directly from the club, not through resellers.
3. IS MY FULL NAME PRINTED ON THE TICKET, AND HOW WILL I RECIEVE IT?
Not always. Whether your name appears on the ticket depends on the seating area. In some sections, especially standard or general admission, your full name may be printed for identification purposes. However, in VIP areas, it’s usually not required; your ticket alone is enough for entry.
In any case, a team member from Loving Football Trips will be with you at the stadium to assist if needed.
4. HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY MUSEUM OR STADIUM TOUR TICKETS?
These tickets are handed to you directly at the entrance by a staff member or guide.
5. WILL A LOVING FOOTBALL TRIPS STAFF MEMBER BE WITH ME DURING THE EXPERIENCE?
Yes, a team member will be present throughout the scheduled activities and on match day to assist you. Our member will be part of the team as well.
6. WHAT DETAILS DOES THE HOTEL REQUIRE FOR THE CHECK-IN PROCESS?
The hotel needs your full name, a valid ID or passport, estimated arrival time, and sometimes a credit card for incidentals or as a guarantee for the rooms.
We can complete the check-in on your behalf before your arrival, but you will need to provide your credit card details in advance in case the hotel requests them.
7. CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING AND GET A REFUND?
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that period, bookings are final and non-refundable. You can still contact the company to explain your situation, and they may consider an exception on a case-by-case basis.
8. ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
No, flights are not included. However, if you would like assistance, we can help you find a suitable flight, just let us know by email or WhatsApp.
All packages include accommodation, match tickets, football experiences, and local support. You are responsible for arranging your own travel to the destination city.
9. CAN I CHOOSE MY SEAT LOCATION AT STADIUM?
No, seat assignments are managed by Loving Football Trips based on availability and package tier. However, all seats are guaranteed to be in good viewing areas and are official club-issued tickets.
10. IS THE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO JOIN THE TRIP?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors may join only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with prior approval from the company.
